Constitutive Papers

Constitutive Act of the Electronic Payments Association in Romania APERO is a document which, in 2008, formed the basis of the association. It refers to the three companies that founded APERO respectively Printec Group, Uti Systems and Chronos Serv Invest, and stipulates the nature of the association and the types of activities it proposed to set up.

It also included regulations on the membership structure and rights they had.


APERO Statute sets out in detail the governance rules of the association, its objectives and the types of activities it carries out.

Among the sections of the Statute are the Members’ Rights and Obligations, the Association’s governing structures and the extent of their responsibilities, the Patrimony of the Association, as well as mentions regarding the administrative and financial management of the Association.
