They are eligible to become APERO members : 

• credit institutions – card issuers/acceptors; 
• non-bank financial institutions – which have a formal organization in the area of ​​electronic payments; 
• payment institutions and electronic money institutions; 
• card processors and infrastructure providers; 
• public institutions and other associations; 
• other electronic payment service providers; 
• other entities that contribute to the promotion and proliferation of electronic payments in Romania.
